Meet The Founder
Elias Mihrete, the visionary behind ZEMEN BUSINESS CLINIC (ZBC), is a seasoned management consultant with over 27 years of experience in banking, finance, and business advisory.
He is also the founder of ELIAS MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (EMC), a business advisory firm he established 17 years ago, which has successfully supported hundreds of business organizations and private entrepreneurs across Ethiopia. Through EMC, Elias has led countless turnaround projects, business transformation initiatives, and financing strategies that have empowered companies to access funding, restructure operations, and achieve sustainable growth.
Recognizing the need to extend this impact beyond mid- and large-scale enterprises, Elias established ZBC to bridge the gap between high-level consultancy and grassroots MSME support. His mission is to uplift entrepreneurs who are often overlooked by traditional systems especially startups, youth-led enterprises, and early-stage businesses that need both technical guidance and encouragement.
